Our wooden buildings are largely manufactured in our shop, where we don't use any heavy machinery. This alone reduces our environmental impact. Through efficient production, we reduce production costs, which in turn leads to lower prices for our customers. Our wooden homes are much more affordable than conventional brick buildings or wooden structures built on site.

Let's also take a look at heating systems. We offer our customers effective solutions to minimise operating costs and save on energy bills. In our wooden homes, we most often install air-to-air heat pumps. This solution saves the most on costs. We also prepare roofs for the installation of solar panels, which will further increase the energy independence of the home.

However, it doesn't end with the home itself. It's also necessary to take into account the land where the wooden home is to be placed. We respect the environment as a whole. We know how home foundations can often cause irreversible damage to the ground, which is why we install many of our wooden buildings on ground screws to minimise the impact on the soil and natural environment when the home is installed.

What makes ground screws so special?

Placing wooden buildings on ground screws eliminates the need for traditional foundation structures such as concrete ones. The ground screws are installed using special equipment that does not require deep trenches or large construction machinery. We also install a moisture monitor in our wooden homes to protect the structures from large water leaks. This smart device will alert you to a leak with an audible signal, as well as send information to your phone when you're not at home.

They reduce heat gains and losses and improve the insulation properties of the home. They absorb rainwater and thus help against overloading of local drains.
