We specialise in building prefab wooden homes, energy-efficient homes, and passive homes. Our world revolves around creating new homes and fulfilling the dreams of many Czech and Slovak families. Who are we, how did we get into prefab housing, and what sets us apart from the competition? We'll be happy to introduce you to all this now. 

HOW IT ALL STARTED...

Our company has been in business since 2013 when we began selling mobile homes. Over the next three years, we gradually collected a wide range of requests and feedback from clients about better insulation, layout solutions, etc. This eventually led us to start producing our own mobile homes and prefab wooden homes, which have been our primary focus and which we've been successfully developing for 5 years now. We're constantly innovating both materials and construction methods.

We deliver prefab homes everywhere from Prague to Košice. In addition to the Czech Republic and Slovakia, we've now successfully expanded into the Western market (Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany...).

During our time in the prefab construction industry, we've gained a wealth of experience not only in manufacturing, but also in the site placement, transportation, and handling of homes. This allows us to deliver homes to places where others fail. Our many years of experience and constant innovation help us minimise complaints and earn positive testimonials.

WHAT SETS US APART FROM THE COMPETITION? A HIGHER STANDARD WHICH OTHERS DON'T DARE PROVIDE.

We can transport anything anywhere and we can devise and engineer details that others can’t handle. We're the only company that can safely transport homes in places where others just give up. We believe in our designs and our work.

Thanks to this, we can easily transport a home, suspended from a crawler crane, across a two-kilometre field and load it onto tractors with trailers under high-voltage wires. We have no problem transporting a wooden home with glazed corners by crane without fear of the expensive glass shattering during transport.

Including our mobile homes, we've delivered a total of more than 300 homes. We have an experienced, top-notch team, so extraordinary challenges are not a problem for us. This makes us leaders in our field, able to meet even the most demanding customer requirements.

However, the handling and placement of prefab homes is not the only area we excel in compared to our competition. We're not afraid of new and atypical projects, we are committed to the highest quality workmanship, careful selection of materials, and we build everything with carpentry precision. We've been running our own carpentry workshop for 20 years, allowing us to deliver homes complete with furniture.

All floor plans are customised according to the client's vision. As a result, you can be sure that your home will be exactly the way you imagined it.

SPEED OF IMPLEMENTATION

With prefab homes, you won't have to wait for a building permit. In most cases, only a building notification (shortened building permit process) is required. So you can start building right away. We're often faster than the authorities, which means that your finished home might very well be waiting for you in our production shop before the building permit even arrives.    

NO UNNECESSARY DELAYS

Because the construction of the structure from start to finish takes place in a dry environment inside the shop, you don't have to worry about any delays or interruptions due to weather.

LONG SERVICE LIFE

The service life of our prefab wooden homes is comparable to that of brick homes. This means they offer quality and permanent housing while saving you money, not only thanks to their significantly lower acquisition costs but also due to their energy efficiency.
